Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OG Fetch API service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

OG Fetch provides a comprehensive suite of API services for web content extraction and analysis. Our services include:

• Preview API: Extract Open Graph metadata, titles, descriptions, images, and favicons
• Screenshot API: Capture high-quality screenshots of web pages with customizable dimensions
• Extract API: Comprehensive content extraction including full text, links, images, and reading time estimates
• SEO Analysis API: Detailed SEO scoring, analysis, and actionable recommendations
• Batch API: Process multiple URLs simultaneously with any of the above operations
• AI-Powered APIs: Intelligent content analysis, summarization, and outline generation (coming soon)
• Zapier Integration: Connect to 6,000+ apps via webhooks for workflow automation

Usage Limitations

Use of the API services is subject to the following limitations:

• Rate Limits: Vary by plan and API endpoint - Preview API offers 150 requests/day for free users, paid plans include higher limits
• Authentication: Some APIs require API key authentication, while Preview API is free without authentication
• Valid URLs: Only HTTP/HTTPS URLs are accepted
• Content Restrictions: No malicious, illegal, or private network content
• Fair Use: Service must be used for legitimate purposes only
• Data Usage: Extracted content is processed and may be temporarily cached for performance

Prohibited Uses

You may not use any of our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Submit URLs to private networks, localhost, or internal systems
• Use the service for spamming, phishing, or malicious activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without explicit permission
• Generate excessive load or attempt to disrupt service operation
• Use automated tools to abuse free tier limits across multiple accounts or IP addresses
• Extract or process copyrighted content without proper authorization

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Subscription Plans and Billing

OG Fetch offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access to Preview API with daily rate limits
• Paid Plans: Higher rate limits, access to premium APIs, and priority support
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• API Keys: Paid plans include API keys for authentication and usage tracking
• Usage Monitoring: Track your API usage through your account dashboard
• Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OG Fetch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “AS IS“ and “AS AVAILABLE“ basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the service's operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OG Fetch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
