Connect OG Fetch with 6,000+ apps through Zapier webhooks and automation

Zapier Integration via Webhooks

Connect OG Fetch to 6,000+ apps using Zapier's Webhooks. No official integration needed!

How to Use OG Fetch with Zapier

Step 1: Create Your Zap

Start by creating a new Zap in Zapier. Choose your trigger app (RSS, Google Sheets, Form, etc.) and set it up.

Popular Triggers:

  • New RSS Feed Item
  • New Row in Google Sheets
  • New Form Response
  • New Bookmark in Pocket/Raindrop

Step 2: Add Webhooks by Zapier

Add a new action and search for "Webhooks by Zapier". Choose "GET" as the action event.

+
Add Action
1. Search for: Webhooks by Zapier
2. Choose action: GET
3. Click "Continue"

Step 3: Configure the Webhook

https://api.ogfetch.com/preview?url={{input_data.url}}
https://api.ogfetch.com/analyze?url={{input_data.url}}

Add Header: X-API-Key = ogf_live_your_api_key

Note: The {{input_data.url}} variable will be replaced with the URL from your trigger. Make sure your trigger provides a field called "url".

Step 4: Use the Response Data

Zapier will automatically parse the JSON response. You can then use these fields in subsequent actions:

Preview API Fields:

  • title - Page title
  • description - Meta description
  • image - Preview image URL
  • favicon - Site favicon

Analyze AI API Fields:

  • summary - AI summary
  • key_points - Main takeaways
  • sentiment - Content sentiment
  • topics - Key topics

2

3

Pro Tips

Handle Errors Gracefully

Add a Filter step after the webhook to only continue if the response contains a title field.

Cache for Performance

Our API caches responses, so repeated requests for the same URL are lightning fast.
